 Honor, a big player in Chinese electronics, has just unveiled the Magic V2, their newest foldable smartphone, boasting the title of being the thinnest and lightest in its category. Priced at Dh6,899, this sleek device weighs in at 231g and folds down to a mere 9.9 mm thickness. But don't let its slim profile fool you – it packs a punch with five cameras and a hefty 5000 mAh battery.

Mr. House, the CEO of Honor in the Gulf region, expressed confidence that the Magic V2 will be a hit, especially among existing foldable phone users. He emphasized the phone's exterior design, which closely resembles that of traditional smartphones, making the foldable concept more accessible and practical.

The Magic V2's camera setup is impressive, with three cameras on the rear (including a 50MP ultra-wide, a 50MP main, and a 20MP telephoto) and two front-facing cameras, each boasting 16MP. These cameras support various capture modes, ensuring versatility in photography.


One of the device's standout features is its display, which supports over 1.07 billion colors and offers dimming to reduce eye strain, promising an immersive user experience.


Pre-orders for the Magic V2 are open from February 2 to 8 on various platforms, including the brand's website, Amazon, noon, Etisalat by e&, Jumbo, Emax, and Sharaf DG. The phone comes in three color options: purple, black, and a special version with a vegan leather back in black.
